Abstract

The invention discloses an auxiliary heating tube. The auxiliary heating tube comprises a stainless steel main body; the outer surface of the stainless steel main body is provided with a protective layer in a sintering way; and the protective layer is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4.3 parts of styrene, 1.2 parts of glycidyl methacrylate, 0.5 part of a titanate, 0.9 part of sodium propionate, 0.2 part of magnesium oxide and 1.3 parts of 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride. Because the outer surface of the stainless steel main body is provided with the corrosion, scale, heat and oxidation resistant high-hardness protective layer in a sintering way, the auxiliary heating tube has long service life.
