Production method for flexible tile module and prefabricated members

The invention provides a production method for a flexible tile module. The production method comprises the following steps that firstly, adhesive tape at least comprising an adhesive face is laid on a bench formwork, and one adhesive face of the adhesive tape faces upwards; secondly, limiting frameworks are arranged onto the adhesive face of the adhesive tape, and the limiting frameworks are provided with a plurality of empty boxes matched with the flexible tiles in shape and size; thirdly, the flexible tiles are placed into the empty boxes, wherein the back faces of the flexible tiles face upwards. In this way, when the production method for the flexible tile module is applied to a wall plate, due to the fact that the limiting frameworks are arranged in gaps between the flexible tiles, the limiting frameworks can prevent decorative faces of the flexible tiles from being contaminated by grout leaking in the wall concrete layer pouring process; in addition, in the storing, stacking, transporting, installing and using processes of the wall plate, the adhesive tape plays a role in protecting the decorative faces of the flexible tiles, and the decorative faces of the flexible tiles can be prevented from being scratched and damaged.
