Abstract

The invention provides a vacuum-assist braked power device for an electric vehicle. The vacuum-assist braked power device for the electric vehicle is arranged between a brake drum and a vacuum pump and comprises a power take-off wheel, a drive shaft, a magnetic disc, a copper disc, a spline shaft and a sleeve shaft which are arranged sequentially. The power take-off wheel is in contact with an inner disc of the brake drum, the sleeve shaft is connected with the drive shaft of the vacuum pump. A steering wheel is arranged on the spline shaft and a steering fork is clamped outside of the steering wheel. The two ends of a joystick are fixedly connected with the steering fork and a driven magnetic disc correspondingly, the driven magnetic disc is connected with a magnetic disc spline shaft in a sliding mode, a driving magnetic disc is fixedly connected with the magnetic disc spline shaft. The side of the driving magnetic disc is fixedly connected with a brake pin which is connected with an inhaul cable of a brake pedal. A first sector magnet of which the N-pole faces the driving magnetic disc and a second sector magnet of which the S-pole faces the driving magnetic disc are arranged on the driven magnetic disc, and a third sector magnet of which the N-pole faces the driven magnetic disc is arranged on the driving magnetic disc. The vacuum-assist braked power device for the electric vehicle realizes operating of the vacuum pump by recycling partial braking capacity, and saves energy while realizing braking assist.
