The fermentation device for baijiu comprises a fermentation box and a discharging table positioned under the fermentation box, wherein a fermented tank is put in the fermentation box; the bottom of the fermentation box is hinged to a bottom plate which can only support one fermented tank and can be turned out from the fermentation box; the upper side wall of the fermentation box is fixedly connected with an L-shaped installing frame; a tank to be fermented is put on the L-shaped installing frame; a press spring is arranged between the tank to be fermented and the side wall of the L-shaped installing frame; a gas bag is clamped between the press spring and the tank to be fermented; a gas discharging opening is formed in the side surface of the gas bag; a valve is arranged on the gas discharging opening; a feeding opening is formed in the connecting part of the L-shaped installing frame and the fermentation box; the lower side wall of the fermentation box is provided with a gas outlet hole; the gas outlet hole is connected with a gas guide pipe; the gas guide pipe is connected with the lower end of the gas bag. The fermentation device has the advantages that the tail gas generated during the fermentation is used as feeding materials of the tank to be fermented; other power is not used; the cost is reduced; the waste is avoided; the tank to be fermented enables the fermented tank to fall out from the fermentation box; the fermentation and feeding quantity is identical in each time; the automatic feeding and material conveying is realized; the labor is saved.
