Abstract

The invention discloses a vehicle escaping and rescue device which comprises a body part. The front end of the body part is connected with a cylinder with a backward opening, the rear end of the body part is provided with an air bag which can enable a person to float up in water after being inflated, the front end of the cylinder is provided with a conical alloy head which can be used for breaking window glass to enable a person to quickly escape, and an air storage tank storing high-pressure air is arranged in the cylinder. A sliding block which moves in sealing fit with the inner wall of the body part is arranged between the air bag and the air storage tank, and the front end of the sliding block is provided with a puncture part which can move forwards to puncture an air outlet of the air storage tank. An inflation channel penetrating through the air outlet of the air storage tank and the air bag is arranged in the sliding block, and a shifting rod for pushing the sliding block to move forwards is installed on the body part. According to the vehicle escaping and rescue device, after a person breaks the window glass with force through the conical alloy head and escapes from a vehicle, the puncture part punctures a membrane on the end face of the air outlet of the air storage tank, the air bag is inflated with high-pressure carbon dioxide in the air storage tank through the inflation channel to form a life ring, and the person in the vehicle can be helped by the life ring to float out of the water surface quickly and then escapes from the dangerous falling-into-water area, so that self-rescue is achieved.
