Abstract

The present invention provides a rutin extraction method, which comprises: steaming flos sophorae immaturus for 0.9-1 h with a container, cooling, pressing to achieve a crushed state, and placing into an extraction tank; adding borax and sodium metabisulfite according t a weight ratio of 0.8-1.2:4.5-5.5; adding a 20% ethanol solvent, and carrying out stirring extraction for 50-60 min in a water bath with a temperature of 60-70 DEG C; filtering out the flos sophorae immaturus by using gauze, carrying out centrifugation for 6-8 min at a speed of 2800-3200 r/m, and collecting the supernatant; adding a 20% ethanol solvent to the obtained flos sophorae immaturus, carrying out stirring extraction for 50-60 min in a water bath with a temperature of 60-70 DEG C, filtering out the flos sophorae immaturus by using gauze, carrying out centrifugation for 6-8 min at a speed of 2800-3200 r/m, and collecting the supernatant; combining the two filtrates; concentrating the mixed filtrate at a temperature of 85 DEG C, adding ethanol, carrying out cold preservation standing overnight; filtering, taking the filtrate, and carrying out pressure reducing concentration at a temperature of 65-70 DEG C to remove the ethanol; adding concentrated and thick hydrochloric acid and adjusting the PH value to 3.2-5.0, and carrying out cold preservation standing overnight; and weighing and packaging. With the rutin extraction method of the present invention, the technical problems of not high rutin extraction purity, complex process, long extraction period and low efficiency in the prior art are solved.
