Abstract

The tank is partitioned into an upper layer, a middle layer and a lower layer through two partitionplates in the tank, the partition plates are provided with through grooves, and drill bit holders are arranged in the through grooves and driven to move between the upper layer and the lower layer ofthe tank by lifting air cylinders arranged at the bottom. A water distribution system is correspondingly arranged in the lower layer of the tank and comprises four water supply pipes, and the four water supply pipes are parallelly arranged in the tank and positioned on two sides of the through grooves. The left side of the lower layer of the tank is provided with a liquid outlet, a liquid feedingport is positioned above the liquid outlet, the side wall of the upper layer of the tank is provided with air inlet shutters, and a filter screen is arranged in the liquid outlet. A liquid storage tank is communicated with the liquid outlet, and the other side wall of the liquid storage tank is communicated with the liquid feeding port through a water inlet pipe.
