Abstract

The invention discloses a production component of a protein film. The production component comprises an output needle dropping out protein liquid, and a mold arranged below the output needle and usedfor receiving the protein liquid dropping out of the output needle, wherein the output needle is provided with a liquid inlet located at the upper part and a liquid outlet end located at the lower endpart; the component further comprises a blowing pipe arranged above the liquid outlet end of the output needle and blowing air downwards; after the output needle drops out a protein drop, the blowingpipe blows the protein drop down into the mold. Since the protein drop out from the output needle is blown down into the mold by the blowing pipe and spread into a film shape in the mold by a blowingair flow; a scraping step by a scraper in a production process is eliminated; the production speed is increased; the protein film spread by the air flow is uniform and smaller in thickness and has asmoother surface.
