Abstract

The invention discloses a brick making raw material energy-saving vibrator. The brick making raw material energy-saving vibrator comprises a vibrating motor. The output end of the vibrating motor is in transmission connection with one end of a soft shaft, and the other end of the soft shaft is fixedly connected with a vibrating rod. The outer side of the soft shaft is sheathed with a hose. The outer side of the vibrating rod is sheathed in a circular opening installed at the middle of a limiting plate. Two sides of the circular opening are provided with locking grooves. The brick making raw material energy-saving vibrator is capable of, through setting a timing switch, conveniently setting working time of the vibrator by a user, thereby avoiding a problem that a working time length of thevibrator is increased because the user forget closing the vibrator, saving electric energy, and guaranteeing service life of the vibrator, limiting surfaces of the vibrating rod and cement slurry to keep a vertical state through the installed limiting plate, and limiting a length of the vibrating rod inserted in the cement slurry to be less than three fourths of a total length of the vibrating rodthrough the installed limiting grooves, guaranteeing the vibrating rod to be located in a better working state, and improving the vibrating effect.
