Abstract

The invention discloses a chemical treatment method for cottonseed protein detoxification processing, comprising the following steps: adding a hydrogen peroxide solution to cottonseed meal powder forfirst immersion, and collecting a solid matter after solid-liquid separation; performing washing and drying treatment on the solid matter to obtain detoxified cottonseed meal. The technical scheme provided by the invention is to utilize the oxidizing property of hydrogen peroxide to oxidize the aromatic aldehyde group of free gossypol in cottonseed meal into a carboxyl group, thereby completely removing cotton toxin in the cottonseed meal, and the residual hydrogen peroxide in the cottonseed meal is easy to separate and remove after being washed with clear water, so that the cottonseed meal subjected to detoxification treatment is free of solvent residue, and further has the advantages of high protein recovery rate and high dephenolization rate, and the process is simple and easy to operate, and can meet the industrialization scale production needs.
