Abstract

The invention provides a double-liquid quenching method for a screw rod based on infrared temperature detection. The double-liquid quenching method comprises the steps: (1) sending a screw rod workpiece heated by magnetic induction into a first-stage cooling mechanism firstly, and spraying cooling water to the screw rod workpiece by a first-stage cooling medium spraying component; in the process of spraying the cooling water, collecting the surface temperature of the screw rod workpiece in real time by an infrared thermometer; (2) when the surface temperature of the screw rod workpiece collected by the infrared thermometer reaches 600 DEG C, taking out the screw rod workpiece from the first-stage cooling mechanism, sending the screw rod workpiece into a second-stage cooling mechanism, andspraying cooling oil to the screw rod workpiece by a second-stage cooling medium spraying component until the screw rod workpiece is cooled to room temperature; (3) chilling the cooled screw rod workpiece for 60min; and (4) after preserving heat of the screw rod workpiece to the room temperature, conducting tempering. By obtaining the surface temperature of the screw rod in the induction quenchingprocess, switching the cooling liquid in time, and making full use of the cooling properties of water and oil, the double-liquid quenching method reduces the probability of surface cracking of the screw rod.
