Abstract

The invention discloses a compound vitamin premix feed preparation and a preparation method thereof. The premix feed preparation is a capsule preparation which sequentially comprises a vitamin compound layer, an amino acid compound layer, a drug additive layer, a polysaccharide layer and a capsule layer from inside to outside, wherein the vitamin compound layer is prepared from vitamin E, folic acid, riboflavin, nicotinamide, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, a pill core and water; the amino acid compound layer is prepared from an amino acid compound, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water; the drug additive layer is prepared from a drug additive, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and water; and the polysaccharide layer is prepared from polysaccharide and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose. According to the compound vitamin premix feed preparation and the preparation method thereof, the components of each layer of the compound vitamin premix feed preparation are wrapped under the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, thus, the compound vitamin premix feed preparation can maintain stable after storing for a long time; and after the premix feed is ingested by livestock and poultry, nutrients canbe uniformly released after being dissolved in the stomach of the livestock and poultry.
