Abstract

The invention provides a color steel deburring device. The color plate deburring device comprises support legs. Support feet are fixedly connected to bottoms of the support legs correspondingly. Topsof the support legs are fixedly connected through transverse beams. A servo motor is fixedly installed on the outer wall of one of the support legs. A threaded rod is in transmission connection with one side of the servo motor through a motor shaft. The threaded rod is rotatably connected to a bearing on the other support leg. A threaded bushing is in threaded connection with the threaded rod. Thecolor steel deburring device has the beneficial effects that a fixing frame is arranged; a composite steel plate to be machined is fixed to a working table through the fixing frame and a fastening plate; then the distance between scraping plates and the composite steel plate is adjusted through an electric telescopic rod; the threaded bushing is driven to move left and right through rotation of the threaded rod; the scraping plates are utilized to clean burrs on the steel plate surface; in the cleaning process, air is blown by a fan, scraps on the steel plate surface are blown away, and a cleaning part is played; and practicality of the color steel deburring device is increased greatly.
