Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses a flexible integrated photonic device, a preparation method and a beam modulation system. The flexible integrated photonic device comprises a flexible substrate, and a liquid crystal polymer film arranged at one side of the flexible substrate, wherein liquid crystal molecule directors of the liquid crystal polymer film are the same along a first directionand are in gradient distribution of 0-180 degrees along a second direction to form a flexible straight waveguide for constraining and directional communication on an incident beam, wherein the first direction is intersected with the second direction. The flexible integrated photonic device disclosed by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to a wearable device and has the characteristicsof being high in integration, low in cost, high in designability, reusable and simple in preparation process.
