Benefits of technology

This patented technology relieves overweight burdens on farmers while producing valuable products from recycled agricultural wastes. It involves converting these residues into useful forms like charcoal, activating hydrothermally treated calcium aerobiobial generators, crushing them down into small particles that help break up clods underground without causing harmful impact upon nearby plants. These processes allow for efficient reuse of landfill material through conversion back to natural ones, resulting in improved greenhouse gas emissions reduction and increased yield potential. Additionally, this technology helps prevent root rot issues associated with pesticides and pathogen contamination during cultivations. Overall, this innovative technologies aim towards sustainable development and reduced environmental damage.

Problems solved by technology

Biological waste from animal husbandly operations includes bacterial sludge produced through digestion or decomposition processes along with other compounds like urea (CO(NH2)), lignin sulfuric acid) and others. These materials may contain harmful chemical agents that could cause environmental damage if released into waterways without treatment before disposal. Therefore, these valuable resources must also be recovered effectively while minimizing their loss over time due to excessive use.

Abstract

The invention provides a biochar-based organic fertilizer and a production method thereof. The biochar-based organic fertilizer is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of biochar, 35-55 parts of organic matters, 6-9 parts of nitrogen (N), 3-5 parts of phosphorus (P2O5), 5-7 parts of potassium (K2O), 0.5-1 part of amino acids, 0.5-1 part of humic acid, 1.5-2.5 parts of wood vinegar, 1-2 parts of wood tar, 0.05-1 part of a beneficial inoculant, 0.5-1 part of a fertilizer controlled-release agent and 1-3 parts of a forming auxiliary agent. The organic matters are solid animal dung and thoroughly decomposed straws, the water content of which is smaller than or equal to 40%. The production method comprises the following steps: preparing biochar from crop straws after high-temperature pyrolysis; mixing the biochar with the solid organic matters to ferment together for 5-10 days, wherein no biogas slurry is discharged; adding the components in proportion to proportion and granulate; externally spraying the wood tar; and drying the mixture to obtain the biochar-based organic fertilizer. The method solves the problem that the crop straws and the animal dung are accumulated, and does not generate new polluting sources. The organic fertilizer contains various nutritional components and microelements and improves soil, so that wasteresources are utilized effectively to the maximum extent.
