Through the method and system, suppliers, the number and the storage locations are automatically distributed through a difference compensation algorithm according to the storage locations and the number of material shortage, and the purposes of reducing the deviation between the actual delivery proportion and the supply source proportion, meeting the production requirement in time and improving the inventory turnover rate are achieved, and the labor cost is saved, and the problem of uneven delivery distribution of the suppliers due to manual calculationerrors is solved.
