The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a to-be-detected telephone picture and a screen printingtemplate set corresponding to a to-be-detected telephone model; wherein the screen printing template set comprises a plurality of screen printing templates, and the screen printing templates comprisetemplate original image information; carrying out contour matching on a silk-screen template in the silk-screen template set and a telephone picture, and positioning a matching image matched with silk-screen in the template original picture in the telephone picture; and carrying out image processing on the matching image and the template original image, comparing, and outputting whether the silk screen in the matching image is qualified or not. Automatic detection of the telephone screen printing quality is realized based on the machine vision and the image algorithm so that the detection quality can be enhanced, the product quality can be guaranteed, the production efficiency can be enhanced and the labor cost can be reduced.
