Abstract

The invention discloses a display module, a preparation method of the display module, a display device and the display module. The display module comprises: a substrate; an organic light-emitting element layer on the substrate, the organic light-emitting element layer including a plurality of organic light-emitting elements; a packaging layer which is positioned on one side, deviating from the substrate, of the organic light-emitting element layer; and a light adjusting layer which is arranged on one side, deviating from the organic light-emitting element layer, of the packaging layer, whereinthe light adjusting layer comprises a plurality of protruding structures arrayed in the first direction and the second direction, the first direction intersects with the second direction, in the direction away from the substrate, the sectional areas, parallel to the substrate, of the protruding structures are decreased progressively, and the distance between every two adjacent protruding structures ranges from 380 nanometers to 550 nanometers. According to the display module, the blue color cast phenomenon of the display module can be improved, and the display effect of the display module isimproved.
