Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of machining, and discloses rotation-type equipment for producing internally-ribbed tubes of hardware. The rotation-type equipment for producing the internally-ribbed tubes of the hardware comprises an equipment main body, wherein a sliding groove is fixedly formed in the equipment main body, a motor is fixedly installed at a center of the sliding groove, sliding blocks are slidingly connected with the ends, away from the motor, of the sliding groove, a corresponding rotating screw is rotatably connected with the rear surfaces of the sliding blocks, a right driven gear is rotatably connected with the interior of the equipment main body, and a corresponding transmission support is rotatably connected with the end, close to the corresponding sliding block, of the right driven gear. Through a rotating telescopic rod, at the bottom of a rotating gear at the top end, which starts to slowly descend to drive a helical auger to descend, a mechanical effect is achieved, by pulling tightening blocks through curved supports, the hardware starts to be tightened by the tightening blocks, thus the hardware is prevented from slipping, then an effect of clamping the hardware is achieved, and a rotating clamping board rises, and gets close to the helical auger at the upper end, so that an effect of improving the working efficiency is achieved.
