Abstract

The invention discloses an energy-saving and environment-friendly degreasing and brazing flux spraying drying device. The energy-saving and environment-friendly degreasing and brazing flux spraying drying device comprises an automatic brazing flux coating system, a drying system, an air cooling system and a workpiece discharging system which are sequentially arranged in a brazing flux spraying chamber along the horizontal line, wherein a spraying purification exhaust fan, a degreasing cooling exhaust filter, a cooling exhaust fan and a drying cooling exhaust filter are sequentially arranged at the upper end of the brazing flux spraying chamber along the horizontal direction. The energy-saving and environment-friendly degreasing and brazing flux spraying drying device is used for spraying brazing flux on the surface of a degreased hot workpiece. Calculated according to a constant pre-sprayed brazing flux, the heat of the workpiece can quickly concentrate and stabilize the brazing flux, and the phenomena of flowing and lace are avoided; conditions are provided for reducing the energy consumption of a drying furnace; micro-negative pressure airflow control is carried out at an inlet and an outlet of the spraying chamber, so that the overflow of aerial fog is prevented; and an aerial fog cover is connected with the spraying chamber by adopting a quick hasp and is connected with a dust removal device, so that the disassembly is convenient.
