Abstract

The present invention discloses a device and a method for nondestructive testing of uniformity of a barium-tungsten cathode matrix. The device comprises a base, an upper pressing plate, a vacuum rubber and a lower pressing plate are sequentially installed in the base from top to bottom, the barium-tungsten cathode substrate is embedded in the center of the vacuum rubber, the upper end of the upper pressing plate is detachably connected with an upper cover, absolute ethyl alcohol is injected into the center of the upper pressing plate, the base is connected with steel cylinder nitrogen through a deflation valve, the defects of a traditional tungsten matrix detection method are overcome, the position distribution situation of holes is represented through escaped bubbles, and therefore nondestructive testing of the uniformity of the barium-tungsten cathode matrix is achieved, and the nondestructive testing is complementary with a mercury injection method.
