The invention discloses a method for preparing high-resilience thermoplastic polyurethane foamed particles and a molded body thereof. Thermoplastic polyurethane particles are placed in an autoclave, injected high-pressure mixed fluid is one or two of CO2, N2, HFC and HCFC, one or two of chloroform, ethanol, methanol, acetone, anone, butanone, pyridine, N-methyl pyrrolidone, N,N-dimethylformamide and N,N-dimethyl acetamide serve as an organic cosolvent, and the high-pressure mixed fluid is enabled to be in a saturated state in the thermoplastic polyurethane particles and then is placed in hot air for foaming, thereby obtaining the thermoplastic polyurethane foamed particles, of which foamed pore structures are uniform and are closed-pore structures. The thermoplastic polyurethane foamed particle molded body, which is light in weight, high in resilience and controllable in shape size and has good mechanical properties, can be obtained through injecting the thermoplastic polyurethane foamed particles in a mold and adjusting mold pressing temperature and pressure so as to soften heated surfaces of the foamed particles.
