According to the present invention, the grafted blending oil-resistant halogen-free electric cable insulation material uses the maleic anhydride grafted modified low density polyethylene, such that the electric cable is durable, can be used in the kitchen and other heavy oil places, and can still continuously work after encounter of various oil leakage conditions so as to win time for repair; and the process is simple, the use is safe, and the broad market application prospect is provided.
