An oil content meter (OCM) is an integral part of all oily water separator (OWS) systems. Oil content meters are also sometimes referred to as oil content monitors, bilge alarms, or bilge monitors.

Oil scraper ring

The invention discloses an oil scraper ring, which comprises a circular body. An oil storage groove is formed in the upper end part of the body. The inner wall of the body is a scraping wall. The outer wall of the body is a retaining wall which is higher than the scraping wall. According to the scheme, the retaining wall is higher than the scraping wall, and when the oil scraper ring rotates along with a piston or a piston rod, lubricating oil in the oil storage groove can be prevented from being splashed from the oil storage groove under centrifugal force generated by rotation; and in addition, the bottom surface of the oil storage groove is an inclined surface, and the bottom surface close to the retaining wall is lower than the bottom surface close to the scraping wall, so that the center of gravity of the lubricating oil in the oil storage groove is close to the retaining wall, and the oil scraper ring difficultly rotates or rotates at low speed to favorably prevent the lubricating oil from being splashed from the oil storage groove. According to the scheme, scraped lubricating oil cannot flow out of the oil storage groove, so that the backflow of the lubricating oil is effectively prevented, and an oil leakage phenomenon is avoided to reduce the oil content of air in a piston type air compressor and ensure the purity of the air in the piston type air compressor.

The invention discloses a method for measuring surface oil of natural protein fibers and belongs to the field of natural textile fiber production and detection. The method comprises the steps of measuring the surface oil contents of four standard samples, which serve as references, by a conventional extraction method in order to shorten the time of detecting the surface oil content of fibers such as furs and wools and reduce the use of an organic solvent, and obtaining a blank sample with zero oil content; putting the blank sample and a non-extracted standard sample under certain constant temperature, and maintaining the temperature for 30 minutes; measuring in sequence the blank sample and the non-extracted standard sample through a micro nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, and constructing a detection equation according to a difference value between nuclear magnetic resonance signals of the standard sample and the blank sample and the corresponding oil content; and measuring the oil rate of a sample to be detected through the detection equation in reference to the blank sample. According to the method, the influence, which is caused by impurities in the sample oil, on a result is alleviated, so that the test time is shortened from 2 working days to 30 minutes; the repetitiveness is high, damage is avoided, and toxins and harms are avoided.
