2 results about "Stress relaxation" patented technology

In materials science, stress relaxation is the observed decrease in stress in response to strain generated in the structure. This is primarily due to keeping the structure in a strained condition for some finite interval of time and hence causing some amount of plastic strain. This should not be confused with creep, which is a constant state of stress with an increasing amount of strain. Since relaxation relieves the state of stress, it has the effect of also relieving the equipment reactions.

Disclosed is a material structure which is capable of improving optical temperature stability of self-organized quantum dots. The material structure comprises a substrate; a cushioning layer is arranged on the substrate to conceal the defect of the substrate so as to make the growth surface plane; a quantum well layer is arranged on the cushioning layer to generate stress relaxation during the growth and guides the stress relaxation to the quantum dot layer above so as to reduce the thickness of the wetting layer; a barrier layer is arranged on the quantum dot layer and is capable of restricting the current carrier in the quantum dot layer to avoid the weakening of optical temperature stability of the quantum dot material caused by thermally excited transition; a quantum dot layer is arranged on the barrier layer and generates electron hole pairs and radiates composite light when being excited; a cover layer is arranged on the quantum dot layer and is used to change the optical property of the quantum dots and to increase the level spacing between the ground state and the excited state.

Lithium secondary battery possessing stress relaxation layer

The invention provides a high-capacity lithium secondary battery which relaxes the stress on the electrode to prevent the falling or loosing of the electrode. The degradation of the lithium secondary battery caused by the charging-discharging circulation is not serious. The lithium secondary battery includes a winding group which is formed by winding the anode and the cathode together, and a baffle plate is arranged between the anode and the cathode. The anode and the cathode can absorb and discharge lithium ions reversibly. The lithium secondary battery also includes an organic electrolyte solution which dissolves the electrolytes containing the lithium ions. The cathode s formed by coating an agent-mixed layer which contains an active material and an adhesive on a collector electrode. The collector electrode is formed by arranging the stress relaxation layer possessing the inner stress on at least one side of a surface or the back of a copper foil.
