The invention discloses a manufacturing process of a
wireless glue splicing and covering
wood veneer. The manufacturing process of the
wireless glue splicing and covering
wood veneer comprises the following steps of (1) laminating and stacking multiple log veneers together; (2)
cutting the log veneers into trapezoidal wood veneers or
parallelogram wood veneers, wherein
diagonal planes are formed on the two side surfaces of the trapezoidal wood veneers and the
parallelogram wood veneers; and (3) laminating at least two wood veneers to be glued and spliced to each other in the horizontal direction, wherein the wood veneers to be glued and spliced are at least one of the trapezoidal wood veneers and the
parallelogram wood veneers, the laminating positions of every two adjacent wood veneers to be glued and spliced are laminated through the
diagonal planes, and one of the two
diagonal planes laminated to each other is coated with glue. According to the manufacturing process of the
wireless glue splicing and covering
wood veneer provided by the invention, by combining and splicing the trapezoidal wood veneers and the parallelogram wood veneers, reasonable and diversified
wood grain styles are achieved, wood
veneer resources are reasonably utilized, wood
veneer waste is reduced, and the spliced wood veneers are free of trace marks and exquisite and high-grade in appearance; and the trapezoidal wood veneers or the parallelogram wood veneers can be obtained through a
cutting device, so that cost is low, and efficiency is high.
