The invention discloses a credit recording service method and system which is based on mobile terminal, the method includes: step one, recording information and relationship information of associator; step two, mobile terminal applies and downloads personal credit recording; step three, personal associator brings forth personal credit recording when he consumes at enterprise associator, identification equipment reads and obtains the personal credit recording serial number or input personal credit recording serial number by hand, then judging whether it is online, if it is online, enter step four, if else enter step five; step four, validating; step five, identification equipment reads the personal credit recording at home, accomplish consumption and add this recording to the identification equipment. The system includes: a service provider and terminal identification equipment; thereinto the service provider is a service group which includes: center service group and a local service system. The mobile terminal uses two dimension code identification and validating technique to record and manage client credit recording.
