Abstract

The invention relates to a method for displaying the time of a handheld mobile terminal. A memory and a clock circuit are always powered. The method comprises the following steps of: when a terminal battery is switched off or initially switched on, loading a time display program into the memory; and electrifying a CPU through hardware interrupt in a switch-off state, directly running the time display program in the memory by the CPU to acquire the current value of the time clock, and driving a terminal screen to display the current time. The method for displaying the time of the handheld mobile terminal is particularly applied to a smart mobile phone; when the mobile phone is switched off or falsely switched off, accurate time can be quickly acquired and energy consumption is low, so convenience is brought to the life of people.
