Abstract

The invention discloses a close coupled pump electromagnet with an electromagnetic shielding function. An electric coupler (4) is composed of a thread sleeve (5), a contraction sleeve (6), a rubber sleeve (7) and a tightening screw (8) sequentially; a cover (1), a conducting rubber ring (2), an electromagnet body (3), a wiring block (11) and an iron cover (13) are sequentially connected; the thread sleeve (5) of the electric coupler (4) is communicated with a round hole on the end face of one side of the electromagnet body (3) to form a T-shaped structure; the connection body of the iron core (13) and the wiring block (11) is arranged in the electromagnet body (3) in epoxy resin potting compound mode; a releasing-preventing spiral groove (27) is arranged on the inner cylindrical wall surface of the electromagnet body (3); and two flow guiding grooves (34) are arranged on the gap portion of a silicon steel sheet block (14). The close coupled pump electromagnet is of a full metal structure, has the electromagnetic protection function, and is good in electromagnetic compatibility, simple in structure, easy to form, high in reliability and convenient to maintain.
