Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation device and an application method of a three-layer sandwich-structure spice sustained-release filter tip additive, and belongs to the cigarette technical field. The preparation device is composed of three parts: a load module, a film covering module and a separation module. The whole preparation processes are connected through shaking transmission belts used for transporting the prepared granular additive. The load module includes a spice liquid-storage barrel, a liftable filter screen and a drying oven; the film covering module includes a macromolecular solution storage battle, a liftable filter screen and a shaking horn mouth; the separation module includes a roller, a draught fan, an adhesion granule groove and a qualified granule groove. The device can conveniently prepare the three-layer sandwich-structure spice sustained-release filter tip additive on large scale. The device is simple to operate, and the prepared granular material is uniform and stable.
