Abstract

The multi-functional feed mix processing device comprises a machine frame, a feed hopper, a mixing vat, a motor and a cutting and mixing device, wherein the mixing vat is mounted on the machine frame; the upper end surface of the mixing vat is fixedly connected with the feed hopper, and a first guide plate and a second guide plate are fixedly connected to the inner top surface of the mixing vat at a feed opening of the feed hopper; the mixing vat is provided with a bottom plate which can be opened in a rotating manner, and the lower surface of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with the motor; the cutting and mixing device comprises a rotor which is mounted in an inner cavity of the mixing vat and adopts a spherical casing structure, and a stator which is mounted in the rotor in a coincided manner and adopts the spherical structure; a spherical surface circulating and flowing space is formed between the rotor and the stator, and cutting blades are respectively arranged on the inner wall and the outer wall of the rotor, the inner wall of the stator and the inner wall of the mixing vat, and through holes are formed in the side wall of the rotor.
