Abstract

The numerical control automatic hot-air welding machine is provided with a tool table assembly, a movable frame assembly and a welding frame assembly. The welding frame assembly is provided with a hot-air welder which is connected with an air exchange connecting sleeve. The air exchange connecting sleeve is fixedly connected with a piston cylinder assembly. The piston cylinder assembly is connected with an air nozzle for blowing air uniformly. A fixing plate used for fixing the air nozzle is fixedly connected to the lower side of the air nozzle. Supporting arms are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the fixing plate. The movable frame assembly is connected to the lower sides of the supporting arms through a rotary shaft and is connected with a roller frame through the rotary shaft. A rubber roller used for pressing materials during welding is arranged below the roller frame.
