Abstract

The invention discloses a meter in-out mechanism for foreign matter detection of an electric energy meter. The mechanism comprises a parallel module group, a meter push assembly, a lifting cylinder assembly, a meter clamping assembly, a meter feeding conveying line and a meter outgoing conveying line. The parallel module group is used for driving the meter push assembly and the meter clamping assembly synchronously to make horizontal motion. The meter push assembly is used for pushing a to-be-detected electric energy meter to enter a foreign matter detection module. The lifting cylinder assembly is used for lifting the meter push assembly and the meter clamping assembly to avoid a meter gauge when the electric energy meter enters by the meter feeding conveying line and moves out by the meter outgoing conveying line. The meter clamping assembly is used for clamping the electric energy meter tightly in the foreign matter detection module. The meter feeding conveying line is used for feeding the electric energy meter into a to-be-detected working region. The meter outgoing module is used for sending the detected electric energy meter out. The provided mechanism is used for controlling an electric energy meter to move in or out continuously; and when a to-be-detected electric energy meter enters a detection zone, a detected electric energy meter is taken out, so that the detection efficiency is high. The mechanism is provided with a plurality of detection regions for to-be-detected electric energy meters and thus multiple electric energy meters can be detected continuously once, so that the detection efficiency is high.
