AI Technical Summary

Benefits of technology

This patented technical solution described in this patents allows crispy particles made from naturally occurring polymers called guar gum (G), making up about 70%) to act like catheters during dressings. These G particles help dissolve other compounds found inside these fibers when they come together forming strong bonds around each other. They also have low melting point temperature compared to common synthetic resins commonly used in current commercial processes. By adding certain chemicals onto their surfaces, we make sure there will stay longer lasting even if worn out over multiple cycles. Additionally, our treatment involves modifying the structure of the copolycondensate formed through condensation reactions involving specific monomers, resulting in improved durability and reduced curlging tendency. Overall, this process provides various benefits including reducing costs associated with producing specialized products containing these ingredients.

Problems solved by technology

This technical problem addressed in this patented text relates to improving the durability and security of clothing made from synthetic fibers such as polyester fiber (PET) without compromising any beneficial qualities like softness, flexibility, stretchiness, breather permeance, etc., while also avoiding issues associated with chemical treatments including odor, solvent leakage, metal ion release, bacteriological concerns, and potential harmful effects upon human body tissues.

Embodiment example 1

[0031] Implementation case 1: Take the production of 80 double twill shirts as an example:

[0032] (1) Selection of fabrics: select long-staple cotton compact spun 80-count double twill fabrics treated with liquid ammonia + mercerizing technology;

[0033] (2) Three-dimensional cutting: use three-dimensional cutting technology to cut the fabric into independent clothing pieces;

[0034] (3) Inlay sewing: use the inlay overlock sewing technology with a stitch distance of 3 cm and 16 needles to sew the garment parts to obtain a semi-finished shirt;

[0035] (4) Finishing liquid treatment: Finishing liquid absorption is completed in the reaction chamber by step-by-step operation, so that the liquid-carrying rate of the fibers of the garment fabric is controlled at 50%;

[0036] (5) Pre-drying and humidity adjustment: Infrared three-dimensional drying technology is used to pre-dry and adjust the humidity of the hanging shirts. The pre-drying temperature is 105°C and the pre-drying

Abstract

The invention discloses skin-care permanently-antibacterial DP finishing liquid for shirts and a finishing method. The skin-care permanently-antibacterial DP finishing liquid is prepared from gelatin, Arabic gum, Flos Lonicerae extract, Chinese gall extract, Tween 60, span-80, 25% glutaraldehyde, an emulgator SPO10, butanetetracarboxylic acid, ammonium citrate, triethanolamine, lauric acid, sodium hypophosphite, boric acid, a diphenylethene disulfonic acid derivative, boron trifluoride diethyl etherate, PEG 1500, methylsiloxane, chitosan, N,N-dimethylformamide, demulsifier N-220 series, an appropriate amount of maleic anhydride and an appropriate amount of water. The skin-care permanently-antibacterial DP finishing liquid for shirts has the advantages that a natural antibacterial active substance is wrapped through advanced microcapsulary and releases slowly to achieve permanent antibacterial and deodorization performance and make wearers feel refreshing and comfortable; fabrics finished by the DP finishing liquid are excellent in wear durability, waterproofing performance and non-ironing performance and highly resistant to crease, thereby being time saving and labor saving and excellent in wearability.
