Problems solved by technology

[0004] In the process of producing paper, paper mills often produce some waste pulp, which contains a large amount of plastic packaging film, long fiber, short fiber, cardboard, fiberboard and some solid impurities. Because it contains a large amount of plastic products, it cannot be used directly. Papermaking; because it contains pulp, plastics cannot be recycled. At this stage, there is no good method and production process to deal with this kind of paper and plastic waste. In every paper mill, this kind of paper and plastic waste piles up into mountains and takes up a lot of space. , resulting in a serious waste of resources

Example Embodiment

[0017] The present invention will be further illustrated in combination with the following examples.

[0018] A process for treating waste paper pulp from a paper mill, the steps include:

[0019] 1) The waste paper pulp is sent to the paper-plastic separator through the conveyor belt for grinding and separation. The crushed pulp will flow through the filter screen of the paper-plastic separator and flow into the water collecting tank under the paper-plastic separator. Large long fibers and solid impurities are thrown out from the rear of the paper-plastic separator and fall into the first sedimentation tank.

[0020] 2) Pump the solid-liquid mixture in the water collection tank into the rotary screen filter, filter out the pulp, the pulp enters the papermaking workshop, and the filtrate flows into the circulation tank, and is reused after purification.

[0021] 3) Precipitate the plastic packaging film, long fibers, and solid impurities that fall into the first sedimentation tank. Unrec

Abstract

The invention provides a paper mill waste pulp treatment process. The treatment process comprises the steps that 1, grinding and separation are conducted on the waste paper pulp conveyed by a conveyor belt to paper-plastic separation machine; 2, the solid-liquid mixture in a water collection tank is pumped into a multiple mold filter, short fibers are filtered out, the filtrate is fed into a circulating pond, and reutilized after the purification; 3, long fibers falling into a first sedimentation pond and the solid impurities are isolated; 4, re-isolation is conducted on long fiber and solid impurities through the feeding of isolated long fibers from step 3 and a small amount of solid impurities by a scraper conveyor into a second settling pond, and impurities are removed; 5, dewatering treatment is conducted on the long fiber isolated from step 4 and conveyed into fling drying machine, and reutilization is conducted. The paper mill waste pulp treatment process has the beneficial effect of being high in pulp recovery rate and lower in production cost, the problem of being difficult in reutilization of waste paper pulp is solved, and the efficient use of renewable resources is ensured.
