The invention discloses a novel food processing device comprising a food processing cylinder and an edible water injection cylinder; the food processing cylinder and the edible water injection cylinder vertically arranged are arranged side by side on the device base, and the food processing cylinder and the edible water injection cylinder are supported and connected with the device base through supporting parts; a water outlet end of the edible water injection cylinder is connected with an edible water inlet end of the food processing cylinder through a water guide pipe; rotation of a packingauger shaft cooperates with stirring of a material injection uniform mixing rod, so edible materials in a food channel are still in a uniform mixing state in a liquid, a material injection hole on thematerial injection uniform mixing rod still doing rotation motion makes the process of injecting into the food channel still uniform, finally, dynamic balance is formed in the food processing cylinder, and fluid food still keeping good consistency is discharged by a discharge nozzle.
