Abstract

The invention discloses a tempered glass production line. The production line comprises a glass steering device, a first cleaning device, a tempering device, a cooling device, a second cleaning deviceand a drying device which are connected in sequence, wherein the glass steering device comprises a steering rack and a steering mechanism; the first cleaning mechanism comprises a first cleaning rackand a first cleaning mechanism; the cooling device comprises a fan, a cooler, an air box and a cooling rack which are connected in sequence, and a water cooling machine is connected with the cooler;the second cleaning device comprises a second cleaning rack and a second cleaning mechanism; the drying device comprises a drying rack and a drying cover. The invention further provides a production technology of tempered glass. The tempered glass production line has the advantages that the aim of cleaning the tempered glass before and after being tempered is effectively achieved, the quality of products is guaranteed, the yield of good products is increased, and the production cost is reduced.
