Abstract

A frame plate is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the periphery of the top of the panel, a containing cabin is arranged between the panel and the frame plate, a first supporting rod is arranged at the bottom of the rear side of the containing cabin through the outer wall of the panel, a second supporting rod is arranged at the bottom of the middle end of the containing cabin through the outer wall of the panel, and a third supporting rod is arranged at the bottom of the front side of the containing cabin through the outer wall of the panel.
