Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of basement storey addition underpinning and discloses a basement storey addition underpinning construction method used for performing basement storey addition underpinning on a building structure. By performing construction to form a pile-column integral structure which comprises a cast-in-place pile arranged under an elevation position at the bottom of an added basement storey and a steel pipe column arranged in the added basement storey firstly, a supporting structure used for supporting a building structure at the upper part of the added basement storey is wholly formed, wherein the supporting structure is steady in supporting and good in mechanical performance; and then construction of an underpinning beam is performed, and finally, earthwork construction of the added basement storey and construction of a top plate and a bottom plate of the added basement storey are finished, wherein the underpinning beam is arranged on the pile-columnintegral structure and is used for supporting the building structure at the upper part of the added basement storey. The construction manner effectively solves the problem that an original structure foundation is liable to generate settlement; and by adopting the steel pipe column, the construction method can effectively reduce the cross section area of a column and is beneficial to cleaning workof the surface of the column.
