Benefits of technology

This patented technology allows us to combine different types of oils together into one product that provides better quality, long lasting, stable, solubility, waterproofness, resistence against vibration or temperature changes, and longer lifetimes when used without losing their effectiveness due to damage caused during handling. It also includes various technical features such as adding specific chemical substances like tricyclazole (TCA) salts), organopolysulfonimides(OPSIS), ammonia nitrogen bases (ANB). These added components improve its overall function while maintaining desired characteristics over time. Overall, this new composition helps create an efficient and cost-effective way to make sure things work properly.

Problems solved by technology

This technical problem addressed by this patented technology relates to improving the durability and functionality of lamps' rotation systems during operation without requiring excessive force input (torsion) while maintaining their excellent lubricity.

Abstract

The invention discloses lubricating oil for a lamp. The lubricating oil for the lamp is formed by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of comprehensive base oil, 10-20 parts of beewax liquid, 8-15 parts of pentaerythritol ester, 4-6 parts of tricresyl phosphate, 1-3 parts of triethanolamine borate, 1-5 parts of butyl acrylate, 2-4 parts of an ethylene-propylene copolymer, 10-20 parts of a modified anti-wear additive, and 3-9 parts of modified gas-phase titanium dioxide. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the lubricating oil for the lamp. The preparation method is capable of, through enabling the comprehensive base oil to perform modification compounding with other modification raw materials, acquiring a lubricant with higher adhesion viscosity andgood lubricity, and improving adhesive strength of the lubricant on the surface of a matrix, thereby greatly improving durability of the lubricant, reducing a friction coefficient between the matrixes, remarkably improving friction durability, and greatly improving service life of a lamp body swing/rotation adjusting mechanism using the lubricating oil.
