Abstract

The invention discloses a stress cladding layer, and belongs to the technical field of laser cladding. The stress cladding layer comprises a cladding layer body, wherein a groove is formed in the topof the cladding layer body, a hollow inner cavity is formed inside the cladding layer body, two pre-tightening devices are arranged at the upper portion and the lower portion of the left side wall ofan inner cavity of the hollow inner cavity, and guide blocks are symmetrically arranged at the top and the bottom of the right end of the two pre-tightening devices. The stress cladding layer is simple in structure and reasonable in arrangement, by arranging the groove and the pre-tightening devices, different stress absorption bands can be added into the inner cavity of the cladding layer, and can be fixed, and in addition, an anti-oxidation layer and an anti-corrosion layer are arranged, so that the cladding layer can be prevented from being oxidized, and the corrosion resistance of the cladding layer is enhanced.
