Abstract

The invention discloses a welding jig for laser tin soldering of a hexahedron. The welding jig comprises a base and a jig assembly; the jig assembly is rotatably arranged on the base; the jig assemblycomprises a connecting flange, a fixed seat, a pressing plate and a pressing claw assembly; the connecting flange is rotatably connected with the base; one face, near the connecting flange, of the fixed seat is provided with connecting pillars and a guide shaft; the connecting pillars are connected with the connecting flange; one face, far away from the connecting flange, of the fixed seat is provided with guide pillars; the pressing plate is arranged on the guide pillars; the pressing plate can move along the guide pillars so as to fix a product by cooperating with the fixed seat; the pressing claw assembly is arranged on the guide shaft; and the pressing claw assembly has two states of opening and closing, and when being in the closing state, the pressing claw assembly is used for holding down a flexible printed circuit board (FPC) flat cable onto a product bonding pad.
