The quantum dot flexible LED display device comprises a flexible backboard, a flexible substrate anda packaging layer, the packaging layer is arranged between the flexible backboard and the flexible substrate, an LED chip array is arranged on the flexible backboard, the flexible substrate comprisesa second flexible substrate body, and separation walls are arranged on the second flexible substrate body; and the packaging layer covers and wraps the LED chip array and the separation walls, the separation walls are arranged in a surrounding mode to form a matrix cavity array, and the matrix cavity array is arranged above the LED chip array in a matched mode.
