Abstract

The soluble silver ion-containing polymerizable monomer can be dissolved in water or an organic solvent, and has a structure of A(AgLn)x, wherein L is a ligand capable of being complexed with silver, n is the number of ligands, A is an acid radical ion, and x is the number of acid radical negative charges; wherein at least one of A and L contains a carbon-carbon double bond. According to the soluble polymerizable monomer containing the silver ions, the polymerizable monomer containing the silver ionsis prepared in a complexing mode, and the silver ions are combined to carbon-carbon unsaturated bonds in a covalent bond or ionic bond mode. The polymerizable monomer can be dissolved in water or an organic solvent, and a silver ion-containing aqueous solution coating, a silver ion-containing organic solvent coating or a silver ion-containing emulsion coating can be conveniently obtained in a homopolymerization or copolymerization mode.
