Abstract

The invention discloses application of LF/DHA-SPI/DHA micro-aggregate in foods for infants and crowds with gastrointestinal tract fragility. According to the application disclosed by the invention, the micro-aggregate having favorable DHA in vitro simulation digestion characteristics is constructed around a special-shaped aggregation effect, an effective construction way of the DHA micro-aggregate is explored, the DHA in vitro simulation digestion is improved, and a bran-new solution is provided for DHA steady state in application, so that a guiding effect is provided for the application of the LF/DHA-SPI/DHA micro-aggregate.
