Abstract

A six-axis high-speed motion controller based on PLC architecture structurally comprises a port, a machine body, a mounting plate groove and a power port, the inner side of the port is fixedly connected with the outer side of the machine body in an embedded mode, the left end of the mounting plate groove is welded to the right side of the machine body, the inner side of the power port is connected with the right side of the machine body, and the port comprises a connecting wire, a port wall, a dust removal device and a dust collecting box. The upper end of the connecting wire is fixedly connected with the lower end of the port wall in an embedded mode, the outer side of the dust removal device is welded to the inner side of the port wall, a dust collecting box is arranged on the outer side of the port, after lime adheres to the port in the motion controller, the lime is collected through the dust collecting box, and when the connecting wire needs to be inserted into the port, the dust collecting box is pressed through a pressing block of the connecting wire; and the middle end of the dust collecting box is unfolded for pouring of the lime into the dust collecting box.
