Abstract

The invention discloses a tooling grooving machine. The tooling grooving machine comprises a driver; first rotating tooth is arranged at an output end of the driver; a moving block is connected to the top end of a swing rod through a connecting shaft; the bottom end of the swing rod is fixed onto a fixed block through a connecting shaft; a connecting part is arranged at the left end of the moving block; an L-shaped grooving plate is arranged at the left side of the connecting part; the moving block is located in a limiting shell; a notch is formed in the moving block; the upper end of the swing rod penetrates through a groove and the notch and is rotationally connected with the inner wall of the upper layer of the moving block; a sliding groove is formed in the swing rod; a protrusion rod is located in the sliding groove; a placement table and a tooling body are further comprised; the tooling body is of an inverted-T-shaped structure; an insertion groove with an upward opening is formed in the placement table; and the size of the insertion groove is matched with that of the lower end of the tooling body. According to the tooling grooving machine, functions of grooving and polishing can be completed only by putting the tooling body on the placement table and starting the driver; use is convenient and fast; and a worker does not need to perform starting and stopping operations without stop, thus reducing the labor amount of the worker.
