Abstract

The present invention discloses the extraction process of lotus leaf flavone. Fine lotus leaf flavone powder is prepared with lotus leaf as material and through five links of pre-treatment, percolating extraction, macroporous resin adsorption to separate, purification with organic solvent and post-treatment. The fine lotus leaf flavone powder of the present invention has stable chemical property, less impurity, high water solubility and other features; has flavone content of 50-70 wt%; and reaches the requirement as class-II medicine material.
