The perovskite solar module includes: a substrate; a transparent conductive oxide layer disposed on at least a part of the surface of the substrate; an electron transport layer disposed on at least a part of the surface of the transparent conductive oxide layer away from the substrate; a photoactive layer disposed on At least a part of the surface of the electron transport layer away from the transparent conductive oxide layer; a hole transport layer, which is arranged on at least a part of the surface of the photoactive layer away from the electron transport layer; an electrode, which is arranged on at least a part of the hole transport layer away from the photoactive layer a portion of the surface; and a barrier layer disposed in the photoactive layer and spacing the photoactive layer from the protrusion of the electrode. The perovskite solar module can effectively solve problems such as shunting caused by direct contact between the photoactive layer and the electrode by setting a barrier layer, and significantly improve the performance of the perovskite solar module.
