The invention discloses a preparation method of polyarylether containing quaternary ammonium side groups, comprising the following steps: a) adding bisphenol containing tertiary amine side groups, a halogenated organism monomer or nitrated organism monomer, a catalyst and a solvent, thus obtaining mixed solution; b) obtaining polyarylether containing tertiary amine side groups by polymerization reaction of the mixed solution obtained from the step a) at temperature of 30-180 DEG C; and c) adding halogenated hydrocarbon in the polyarylether containing tertiary amine side groups, and stirring at temperature of 0-100 DEG C, thus obtaining the polyarylether containing quaternary ammonium side groups. The invention also discloses a polyarylether containing quaternary ammonium side groups, and the sites and the number of the quaternary ammonium side groups are controllable. Compared with the prior art, the materials used in the invention is bisphenol containing tertiary amine side groups, no additional tertiary amine side groups or quaternary ammonium side groups are introduced in the generation process of the polyarylether containing quaternary ammonium side groups, so that the sites and the number of the quaternary ammonium side groups in the polyarylether are controllable, in addition, the conversion rate is complete and the laboratory yield is higher than 95%.

The green modified cellulose scale inhibitor is prepared by taking hydroxyethyl cellulose as a raw material, ammonium persulfate as an initiator and N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) methacrylamide as a grafting monomer through a grafting reaction. According to the method, a grafting chain containing an amide group and a tertiary amine group can be introduced to a cellulose molecular chain, so that scale forming substances can be effectively dispersed, and the efficient environment-friendly scale inhibitor is obtained. The scale inhibitor prepared by the invention can effectively inhibit the generation of scale bodies and prevent the size of the scale bodies from being increased; when the scale inhibitor is applied to a reverse osmosis system, the reduction of membrane flux is effectively relieved, and the membrane has a good application prospect in controlling silicon dioxide scaling on the surface of the reverse osmosis membrane.

The preparation technology comprises the following steps of uniformly mixing a pigment and dried stone materials according to a weight ratio of 2: 100, adding an environment-friendly color pavement binder into the mixture according to a weight ratio of the environment-friendly color pavement binder to the dried stone materials of 10: 100, and mixing. The environment-friendly color pavement binder is prepared by mixing 60-70wt% of a material A and 30-40wt% of a material B and carrying out shearing of the mixture by a colloid mill, wherein the material A is obtained by mixing 50 to 55wt% of furfural extract oil and 45 to 50wt% of petroleum resin; and the material B is obtained by mixing 3 to 4 parts by weight of N-alkyl-triethyl-tertiary amine, 6 to 8 parts by weight of cationic SBS latex, 8 parts by weight of Na2SO3, 6 parts by weight of 1-aminoethyl-2-heptadecylimidazoline and 74 to 77 parts by weight of water. The environment-friendly color pavement cold-patching material has a low cost, is convenient for use, does not influence traffic during construction, and has a color and binder properties the same as a color and binder properties of a color pavement needing to be repaired.
